Donations by Monthly automatic withdrawal
Please complete the online form from the link above or download our monthly automatic withdrawal form, and send it to us with a void cheque by mail to the address above. With this authorization and from the information recorded on your cheque, we will process all future monthly donations automatically until otherwise directed. In the event of canceling or changing a monthly donation, please notify the YFC office one month in advance.
